What we do:
Following extensive advertising we liaise with the outgoing tenants to arrange viewing times. Once we have vetted suitable tenants, we’ll arrange a move in date with them on which they will sign leases and a standing order form for future rental payments direct to your bank account. We’ll provide you with a completed PRTB form and explain how to register your tenants. All you have to do is check your account every month to ensure payments are received.
