Take a look through our current listings. Once you’ve seen a property you like, contact us and we will arrange for you to view it at a time that suits you.

To secure the property you want, we’ll need:
• €500 holding deposit*
• Passport or Driver's Licence
• Employer's reference
• Previous Landlord's reference
• PPS Number
• Personal contact details
• Bank Details

We prepare lease in duplicate, terms & conditions of rental, PRTB and standing order forms for you to sign on the day you move in. We provide you with the electricity and gas details to facilitate your transfer of utilities into your name.

When you are moving in we’ll need:
• 1 month’s rent in advance**
• Balance of the security deposit***

After you have moved in we do the following:
• Send the leases to your landlord to sign and instruct them to return a copy to you
• Send the PRTB form to your landlord with instructions to register you as the new tenant

When you are vacating a property:
Ensure that you provide the relevant statutory notice to your landlord. Please clean the property thoroughly, remove all of your belongings and return all keys.

*Please note the holding deposit is non-refundable in the event that you change your mind, as we will have turned away other suitable candidates at that stage.
**We can only accept payment in cash or bank draft or by direct transfer to our bank account, if done in advance.
***The security deposit is equal to one month's rent, unless otherwise stated. The holding deposit will be deducted from the overall security deposit. Deposits are a matter between tenants and their new landlord, after the move in date.
